As conversations about sustainability and ESG became more common, our founder, Donal Quinn, noticed one crucial gap—a lack of support and resources for SMEs. While working in the private sector, he witnessed firsthand the knowledge gap between business practices and sustainability best practices, and he decided to fix this.
Although SMEs make up the vast majority of our economy and employ countless individuals, they are often left out of the sustainability conversation. This is not just a disservice to these companies; it ignores an incredible opportunity to take real action to improve the impacts of businesses on the planet and our communities.

Our Story
Our goal to simplify sustainability starts with our own business. Throughout our day to day operations we are constantly searching for ways to improve the way we do business - working to do better across all aspects of ESG. We are constantly learning, growing, and sharing what we know all with the aim of fostering a better working environment for our team, promoting environmental sustainability, and being an active member of our local and global communities.
At ENSO, we strive to have as much of a positive impact as we can through our own operations and our work with our customers. Because of this, we felt that the B Corp movement aligned very well with our own goals as a business, as they aim to create a more equitable, regenerative economy. We became a Certified B Corp in 2024, publicly declaring our commitment to positive social and environmental impact and to centering our stakeholders in everything we do.
